I love photography and eat good food. I have the biggest crush on my son and my husband and our new princess. My life revolve around them. I'm a part time domestic goddess and part time government slave. I used to extort people money through photography. That is the main reason why this blog exist. Sadly, time is my number one foe. He never let me multitask too much. But hey hey, cooking isn't that much time consuming. And i believed, a moms cook will make their kid love grow stronger in every munch. Recipe : Spagethi Olio with Sundried Tomato & Beef Strip

Assalamualaikum & Nite!

I'm feeling super generous of my non-existence time :) So here some recipe for you. Simple and tasty.

Ingredient :
Spagethi (3/4 of the usual packaging)
The more the merrier-Beef strip (I bought gourmesa you can find the brand in Jusco Aeon, Giant, Jaya Grocer or you can always slice thinly the batang pinang that you bought from pasar :)
Sundried tomato (handful)
Mushroom (handful -I bought white button mushroom and slice thinly)
Parsley flake- 1tsp
Salt & Peppa'
Olive Oil
Yellow Onion (diced)

As usual :
Boil the spagethi Ala dente. Put aside.
Heat  drizzle of olive oil, add the onion and beef strip. Kasik garing sket, throw in the sundried tomato and mushroom, spagethi. Properly season your spagethi and lastly.. enjoy your dish!.

Resipi : Fettucini Carbonara

Salam hi hi...

Ni wordless wednesday ek? tapi saya dah senyap wednesday lepas, so wednesday ni saya nak bercakap plak aci? haha Anyway, sebenarnya excited jugak nak share resipi ni. Phew! selama ni selalu buat carbonara memang campak yang dlm tin je. Sebab senang kan. Tapi turn out, make it from scratch is way much tastier!

So I got this recipe from website which if you ask, i don't remember anymore. I think its from Allrecipe or Foodnetwork. Just google the fettucine carbonara recipe and then I went to Jusco bought stuff to cook hehe. Tapi banyak jugak bahan yang digganti dari resipi asal, but the taste is way better than the instant one. 

Tips: 
i.  You can substitute the fettucine with other pasta (spaghetti, bow tie pasta, cannanoli, shell pasta) just make sure the pasta yang direbus tak terlampau kembang/lembik. Sedang cantik je.
ii.  Kalau takde whipping creme, can try full cream milk and then campur sedikit dengan bancuhan tepung gandum. Okay jugak!


Lets start cooking lady!

Bahan:
Fettuccine- I used San Remo (half of it)- Boiled with a couple of olive oil drops
1 biji bawang Holland -diced
3 ulas bawang putih - diced
1 size tapak tangan dada ayam -potong small cube (diced la tu) haha
Mushroom - i used fresh white mushroom - sliced
200g whipped cream
1 egg - whisked
2sudu besar olive oil

How now white cow?: hehe
1. Dalam kuali, masukkan bwg besar and putih, sautéed until berbau enak
2. Campar masuk ayam and half of the mushroom
3.  Seasoned kan. Bubuh Garam kasik cukup rasa je.
4.  Kacau semua dalam 1-2 minit, angkat letak tepi sekejap
5. Dalam periuk lain, masukkan semua whipping cream, stir lightly then throw in baki mushrooms tadi
6. I also throw in an organic vegetable bouillon cube for seasoning, kalau nak substitute dengan kiub ayam knorr pun boleh. Actually taste lebih kurang kot.
 7.  Stir lightly sampai die pekat sket. Then masukkan dlm kuali yang dah dicampurkan bahan² tadi
8.  Sambung kacau dlm 5 minit.
9.  Masukkan telur yang dah di whisked. Jangan lama! 30sec cukup, lagi kurang lg bagus tp jgn kurang then 20sec. Masukkan terus fettuccine .
10. Taste and season again kalau tak cukup perasa.
11. Hidang dan makan!

Resipi : Simple Spagethi Prawn Olio

Salam and gong xi fa cai ver!...eh?

Hehehe.. Tadi Vero (Amoi ni bujang lg, kaya lak tu..jom pau angpow haha) minta resipi ini, but since Ghazi is pestering me to get to use the laptop, so I have to be real quick Cause i bribe him with you tube on my phone haha.

So where do we start? yes, simple. I found the recipe from Anis AFC tumblr. She have few good recipe. Go Google and try out. And I make the Olio just because husband is a bit under the weather. He caught the flu complete with a high fever. So being a nurse and  a chef is fun when your patient don't have problem in the eating area :)

Lets start with the easy simple ingredients:
1.  Spagethi -rebus with a couple of olive oil drops
2.  Udang -Fresh and big and lots
3.  Diced Bawang besar holland & 3 ulas bawang putih didadu juga
4.  Thyme - Fresh & dried ( I used both)
5.  Lada Benggala - Green & Red also diced ( banyak or sket tak kisah, ikut kuantiti spagethi ok)
6.  Tomato Ceri - Banyaknya ikut suka tuan/puan lah :)
7.  Serbuk lada - I bought yang mmg dah ada kat rak herbs tu.- Contoh gmbr yg botol kat bwh tu
8. Olive oil - Untuk menumis of course 
9. Sprite Lemon - Dalam 1/4 cawan kecil
10. Grated Parmesan Cheese (untuk last skali...)

Caranya :
1. Tumis Bawang merah dulu, naik bau then throw in bawang putih
2. Naik bau bahan di atas, masukkan lada benggala
3. Dah rasi and naik bau bwg+lada then baru masukkan Tomato ceri + udang+fresh thyme
4. Then masukkan spagethi + dry thyme+seasoned em. Masuk garam secukup rasa
5. Gaul (jgn lama nanti udang overcooked tak sedap) then dah rasi baru masuk air sprite
6. Gaul lagi sampai dia kering sket..and nampak melekit.
7. Angkat and serve and tabur la parmesan cheese kalau suka :)

Siap lah! Tapi kena ingat, udang jgn overcooked and everytime masak sume bhn tu tggu naik bau baru masuk the next bahan. Baru la dia punya rasa naik. And jgn kedekut dgn udang n bwg. Letak banyak² pn takpe.. okay

And oyea, this recipe pun sesuai untuk kids sebab Ghazi makan pun berselera.
