I love photography and eat good food. I have the biggest crush on my son and my husband and our new princess. My life revolve around them. I'm a part time domestic goddess and part time government slave. I used to extort people money through photography. That is the main reason why this blog exist. Sadly, time is my number one foe. He never let me multitask too much. But hey hey, cooking isn't that much time consuming. And i believed, a moms cook will make their kid love grow stronger in every munch. And yes ladies and gentlemen,I cook and I brag about it. So here goes. Here to a good picture and a good, easy, healthy home cooked dish! May you guys be inspired and COOK for the loved one! Resipi : Gulai Tempoyak Pahang

Salam petang ahad!

I just came back from PICC. Checking out  NEDA's booth. Do check out their website and like 'em at facebook too. She had design a very comfy n hip design of hijabs. I myself bought 7 pcs already.Oh and Ayda (the designer and founder of NEDA) also a good friend. And she's from Kuantan, Pahang. Yes.. Pahang. One of the famous specialty is Gulai Tempoyak. Menaip gulai tempoyak ni pun airliur mencecer! hahahaha over kan Linda kau ni!
Anyway, lunch tadi fikirnya takmau masak. Sebab breakfast tadi dah heavy. Tapi pukul 3 tetiba rasa lapar. Was thinking to make Gulai Singgang mulanya. Tiba-tiba bila dah keluar semua bahan nampak plak timun.. terus ubah fikiran nak masak je gulai tempoyak. Petai pun ade. Cantiklaaa sgt. 

Ikan kembung? kenapa tak ikan patin? sebab kak kak sume, saya tak makan/beli ikan patin luar dari Pahang. hehe Takut jatuh susuk. eh! tak tak hahaha.. sbb saya rasis. eh? haha ok tak, sbnrnya tak yakin dgn ikan patin yang jual selain dr di Pahang. So sebab bekalan ikan patin takde saya ganti je la dgn kembung. Tapi cara masaknye sama aje kalau nk substitute kembung tu dgn patin.

Nak resipi tak? nak tak? senang sangat..

Bahan
Ikan patin/kembung
Tempoyak - sudu lah ianya mengikut tekak dan kepekatan yang anda mau
Garam
1cm ibu kunyit/kunyit aje pn boleh la labi
Cili padi dan lada besar ataupun combination kalau anda nak meletup
Daun kesum
Bunga Kantan
Petai
Timun Tua

How to?:
The easiest!
Tumbuk lada + kunyit. Letak air dlm periuk, ikut sukatan sendiri nak banyak mana kan.
Masukkkan tumbukan tadi (ha..ha..pikir lain lettewwww hewhew) then masukkan sekali tempoyak tadi
Masukkan sekali timun tua, garam, petai, daun kesum n bunga kantan.
Didihkan ianya, tatkala dah nampak sikit rasi, then baru lah masukkan ikan.
Pastu siap lah!

Saya selalu pairkan gulai tempoyak ikan ni dengan ikan masin. Perghhhh! bagi banjir kuah tempoyak ni..then ngap ngup lah anda dgn ikan masin sekali! cite pun tak guna.
