I love photography and eat good food. I have the biggest crush on my son and my husband and our new princess. My life revolve around them. I'm a part time domestic goddess and part time government slave. I used to extort people money through photography. That is the main reason why this blog exist. Sadly, time is my number one foe. He never let me multitask too much. But hey hey, cooking isn't that much time consuming. And i believed, a moms cook will make their kid love grow stronger in every munch. Resipi : Baked Rice

Update lagi. Rajiiiiin kau hari ni kan Linda. Cuba rajin cam ni kat office. Mesti dapat pingat tahun depan haha. Ok, mesti ramai tak faham joke tu haha. Anyway, satu lagi resipi!! ni buat pagi tadi. So actually panas lagi dr oven. Pergh. secara harafiahnye memang panas! melecur lidah sebab makan dia panas². keh keh

Baked Rice! This can be kids recipe too. Siapa sempat makan baked rice yang pd saya antara version tersedap lah di kedai, Kat Rasamas, sebelum ni nama dia Ayamas, tapi lepas chain tu takeover dek Rasamas..dah takde la menu tu. Frust, lantas kesian Rasamas ilang sorg customer kuat makan n heboh cam saya. Kalau masa tu ade facebook (sbb rasanya macam dah lama je menu tu takde) memang dah kena foursquare la menu tu :p haha eh..lepas ni nak buat review pasal restaurant la plak ok? Actually suami and me are kinda foodie hehe. Bila ada masa (read:ada masa) we love to try out new restaurant in KL/Putrajaya/Selangor :) haaa amacam? amacam? Tgk la ya, kalau jadi ada la :p

Lets start with the easy ingredients:
1.  Nasi dah siap masak (preferably yang dah sejuk)
2.  Bawang holland diced
3. 3 ulas bwg putih diced
4. Lada benggala hijau and merah (ikut banyak mana nak pedas, i just put sikit shj)
5.  1 sudu butter for menumis
6.  Fresh white mushroom sliced
7.  Carrot - diced
8.  Milk/Whipping cream - 1/2 kotak
9.  Chicken stock/kiub
10.  Parmesan cheese
11.  Mozarella Cheese
12.  Cheddar Cheese
13.  Chicken slice/ham -diced

Cara-cara:
1. Melt kan butter and bila dah panas tumis bwg²+lada benggala+carrot+chicken slice ham garam (sikit je, asal rasa)
2.  Then masukkkan nasi yang dah masak tadi. Goreng ala nasi goreng. Siap, then set aside
3.  Dalam pan satu lagi, masukkan cream n chicken stock/kiub and kacau sampai dia pekat and masukkan mushroom soup. Dlm 3-4 minit dah la.
4.  Masukkan nasi tadi dalam casserole anda, then pour in creme yng dh pekat tadi. Kasik rata la ok.
5.  Letakkan parmesan, layer plak dgn mozarella n cheddar. Banyak² okay! baru laaaaa terlazaaat!.
6. Bakar! for only 8-10 minit. Ni kena play by eyes. Tengok dah kuning masak je cheese dia terus keluarkan,
7.  Makan masa panassss!
8.  Jangan lupa tiup! hehe

Amacam? senang je kan. Nak tambah sayur² lain pn takde hal, nak ubag dari chicken slice ham ke sausages pun takde masalah. Creatively cook your own recipe! okay :)

Tips: kurangkan penggunaan butter masa goreng nasi. Kalau taknak guna butter pun ok, just heat up your non stick frying pan and gaul sume benda kat atas. Less oily is better :)

So..go heat your oven laaaadies! hehe
