I love photography and eat good food. I have the biggest crush on my son and my husband and our new princess. My life revolve around them. I'm a part time domestic goddess and part time government slave. I used to extort people money through photography. That is the main reason why this blog exist. Sadly, time is my number one foe. He never let me multitask too much. But hey hey, cooking isn't that much time consuming. And i believed, a moms cook will make their kid love grow stronger in every munch. And yes ladies and gentlemen,I cook and I brag about it. So here goes. Here to a good picture and a good, easy, healthy home cooked dish! May you guys be inspired and COOK for the loved one! Resipi : Spagethi w Potato Croquette

Salam

Yeay! Nak update resipi lagi. Kalau korang perasan, kat atas ni sekejap tulis resipi tapi duk letak bahasa melayu, kejap bahasa orang putih.  Maafkan hambamu ini, saya janji dari semasa ke semasa, akan diperbetulkan ayat-ayat nye :p

Anyway, harini kongsi simple resipi lagi lah. Potato Croquette (PC). Bahasa melayunya tak sure. Tapi kalau nak google and jumpa maksudnya, silakan share kalau mahu :) Tapi dari segi bahan dan kaedah masakan nya, adalah lebih kurang bergedil sahaja. beza dia, bergedil, banyak kan daging dari kentang and bahan dalam dia tak ditumis tapi yang PC ni kena tumis  lah dulu dgn butter.

So here goes without prejudice. Eh? haha

Bahan
Kentang (2 biji or 1 kalau besar)-rebus dan lenyek
Lada sulah/hitam
Oregano-serbuk or fresh leaves yang akhirnya tuan/puan kena chopped
Bawang besar holland-1//2 biji
Daging kisar 3-4 sudu besar
Butter -3-2 sudu besar
Garam sekucup rasa
Mozarella Cheese
Biskut Ping Pong atau Breadcrumbs
Telur Sebiji

How now?:
Senang sahaja. Easssssyyyy!
Kentang-rebus-lenyek
Bawang-potong dadu
Panaskan kuali, tumis bwg+daging guna butter and season kan siap², masuklah garam, lada sulah, oregano n lada hitam (kalau suka)
Dah naik bau tumisan tu semua and dah rasa dia rasi, put aside. Biar sejuk sikit ok.

Then, bila dah sejuk, kentang lenyek tadi campur dengan gorengan daging dgn butter n gaul.
Masa uli tu, tengah² tu letak mozarella cheese, tpi pasti kan dia seal semua, kalau tak blh pecah masa goreng nanti naty bersepah dlm kuali tak cun dah hehe okay.

So pastu goreng nya, celup touq dalam telur touq, pastu bru la guling kan ia dalam breadcrumbs atau biskut mayat cap pingpong yang dah di serbukkan.  Goreng, jadila!

Makan dgn spagethi pun sedap k. 

Mmmmm....nommmmsss!!!
