I love photography and eat good food. I have the biggest crush on my son and my husband and our new princess. My life revolve around them. I'm a part time domestic goddess and part time government slave. I used to extort people money through photography. That is the main reason why this blog exist. Sadly, time is my number one foe. He never let me multitask too much. But hey hey, cooking isn't that much time consuming. And i believed, a moms cook will make their kid love grow stronger in every munch. And yes ladies and gentlemen,I cook and I brag about it. So here goes. Here to a good picture and a good, easy, healthy home cooked dish! May you guys be inspired and COOK for the loved one! Simple Doughnut Recipe -Donut

As requested by my friend. Here are the recipe for doughnut. Pantun untuk resipi saya "U eat donut, u go nuts" ahahaha okay, tahpape..jom start....

Donut

Bahan-bahan (30-40 biji, bergantung pada adunan)

  • 1 kilo tepung gandum
  • 1 paket yeast ( Mauripan)
  • 1 1/2 gelas air suam-(suam and not too hot)
  • 1 atau 2 sudu besar susu tepung ( i used hi-goat HPA hehe)
  • 1 sudu kecil gula
  • 5 sudu besar planta(or butter, blh eksperimen ikut kesesuaian)
  • Kentang lecek ( dlm separuh je kentang)
  • gula castor or gula kasar di blend,

Cara-cara

  1. Bancuh yis dengan air suam dan gula.
  2. Kacau sampai berbuih dan ketepikan sebentar hingga yis mengembang
  3. Gaul tepung + susu tepung + planta hingga berderai (sampai berkepinng-keping)
  4. Masukkan bancuhan yis tadi.
  5. Gaul / uli hingga sebati. Mula-mula adunan akan melekat kat tangan tp teruskan uli sampai tak melekat lagi
  6. Biarkan doh naik sekejap and kemudian bentuk lah donut ikut kreativiti anda :) Saya guna mug free dgn penutup ubat untuk jadi bentuk yg kecik sbb sementara nak uli semua tu, donut tu pun kembang semula.
  7.  Then... goreng.
  8. Bila warna donut tu dah cantik ...angkat dan toskan minyak.
  9. Gaul dengan gula. Buat teh and minum. Nyoooommmm!
Kalau korang perasan, i replace the egg with kentang. Donut ni akan jadi gebu walaupun dah tak sejuk. Dengan adunan 1 kilo tepung ni akan buat banyak. So  pandai-pandai lah adjust untuk buatkan adunan separuh ke kan. Most of the sukatan sebenarnya kena pandai anggar jugak. So pandai² la tambah atau kurangkan bahan² kalau nak cuba yang lain sikit ok :)
