I love photography and eat good food. I have the biggest crush on my son and my husband and our new princess. My life revolve around them. I'm a part time domestic goddess and part time government slave. I used to extort people money through photography. That is the main reason why this blog exist. Sadly, time is my number one foe. He never let me multitask too much. But hey hey, cooking isn't that much time consuming. And i believed, a moms cook will make their kid love grow stronger in every munch. And yes ladies and gentlemen,I cook and I brag about it. So here goes. Here to a good picture and a good, easy, healthy home cooked dish! May you guys be inspired and COOK for the loved one! Resipi : Cinnamon roll

Assalamualaikumwbt & Morning :)

Ramadhan Kareem semua :) Sorry lama tak di update. hehe been busy and been away from the kitchen for months. But no worries, i still cook for the lil hero, cuma tak update saja haha. Simple resipi maaa.. update kang kena gelak dek org je hewhew.

Anyho, how well did Ramadhan treat ur tummy so far? ha jgn belebey sgt g beli makanan tu, masak kat rumah lg bes. Khennn.. Lepas tu, baju raya dah brape dozen tempah? eh, itu aku ehehehe.. Takpe, sume kena bersederhana tak gitu? tipuuuuu! Jgn bulan depan dah sangap sebab gaji masuk lambat. eh. itu aku jugak lagi haha..

Okay okay. RESIPI! Cinnamon roll! Ayayayaaa.. sila la terliyor tengok. I made this couple of month ago, tapi sebab dah ada janji haritu dgn kwn nak update resipi dia yg maha senang, so here goes...

Bahan².
300g tepung roti/multipurpose flour organik
60g butter
1 biji telur
50g gula halus
100ml fresh milk+air (suhu bilik)
8g yis, mauripan
secuit garam
Kismis sesedap sukahati kita (nak tabur jadi filling tu)
3 sudu kecil cinnamon powder
60g gula perang
Seorang atau dua orang yang tengah lapar..ehehe

Caranya:
1. Gaulkan butter dengan tepung sehingga jadi macam serbuk roti 
2. Kemudian masukkan gula dan dry yeast. Kacau dengan sudu sehingga bergaul rata. 
3. Masukkan pula garam, telur dan susu. Uli sehingga tak melekat ditangan atau sehingga licin. 
4. Biarkan naik sehingga 1.5 kali ganda. Bila dah naik, buatkan bentuk bulat sekali lagi dan rehatkan selama 10 minit. 
5. Bahagikan doh kepada 2 bahagian. Ambik 1 bahagian dan canaikan lebarnya lbh kurang 20x25cm. Letakkan and tabur kismis, gula perang n halus n alas dengan butter. Perghhhhh!. 
6. Then gulung. Potong dlm 4 cm atau pandai² la agak dia nak naik besar mana kan.. Ulang untuk doh yang sebahagian lagi. Sebelum masukkan tu nak nampak dia berkilat sapu dengan butter/marjerin kat permukaan atas tu.
7. Bakar & Makan (masa berbuka kang lah) . Panas² masa angkat dr oven tu tabur plak gula halus atas dia kasi nampak menggiurkan :)

So selamat mencuba korg! budak², bapak budak maupun mak budak, pasti suka resipi ini. eh ewah!
