I love photography and eat good food. I have the biggest crush on my son and my husband and our new princess. My life revolve around them. I'm a part time domestic goddess and part time government slave. I used to extort people money through photography. That is the main reason why this blog exist. Sadly, time is my number one foe. He never let me multitask too much. But hey hey, cooking isn't that much time consuming. And i believed, a moms cook will make their kid love grow stronger in every munch. Resipi : Ikan Siakap Stim Limau

Assalamualaikumwbt

Resipi again :)

Siakap. Selalu masak apa? Goreng rangup-rangup tabur sos 3 rasa. Sedap kan. Tapi kali ni  saya cuba stim pulak. Almaklumlah, ada pemanggang ajaib katanya. boleh kukus katanyaaaa. Haha. So i tried. Senang, tak kecah, cepat masak.

Here goes the easiest siakap stim in Pemanggang Ajaib.

Resipi
Siakap saiz sederhana.
Limau nipis sebiji. (separuh buat jus and campur dlm tu- hiris dlm 3/4 utk letak atas n bawah ikan)
Sos tiram 2 sudu setengah.
Sos ikan 2 sudu.
Halia 2cm-racik halus
Bawang putih 3 ulas.-racik halus
Batang sederi - racik halus
Daun sup-racik halus
Daun bawang-racik halus
Serai sebatang hiris nipis
Lada besar racik halus-halus
Minyak masak 2sudu 
Air 1cawan
Daun limau purut sehelai- racik halus
Optional *lada kecil/lada sulah-if nak pedas
Garam, gula secukup rasa okay. Tak letak pn takpe actually sebab dah ada sos tiram and sos ikan :)

Cara-cara
Lumur semua. 
Masuk dlm Pemanggang Ajaib. Air pun masuk sekali tapi not too much. Cukup sekadar nak buat kuah. Sebab dia akan recycle je air yg ade utk kukus. Pemanggang ni dia terkatup rapat, so mmg wap dia kat dlm tu je pusing-pusing hehe
Boil dalam 15-20 minit. Jgn Lama nanti overcooked tak sedap.

Resipi : Kek Pisang

Salam Ahad :)

Resipi kek pisang hari ni. Easy peasy. Bakar dalam pemanggang ajaib ye. No need oven whatseoever. Just your plain stove :) I went around on the web to find the easiest kek pisang.  Haha.

So here's the recipe that i tried last week.

Bahan-bahan :
150gm butter
200 gm tepung ( saya guna tepung multipurpose organik)
1/4 camca teh soda bikarbonat  (satukan dengan tepung di atas and ayak)
160gm gula perang (this actually can be adjust, nak manis lg tambah dan sebaliknya)
3 biji telur
100ml susu segar
100gm pisang (preferably pisang berangan) lecek
A few drops of esen pisang
50gm chocolate rice
2 biji pisang didadu besar

Cara :
1.  Putar mentega + gula perang sampai sebati. Masuk telur satu persatu. Putar till  kembang. Pada kelajuan perlahan, masukkan tepung+susu segar+tepung+susu segar sampai habis.
2. Masuk pisang lecek+esen pisang+choc urai+pisang yang dah didadu
3. Gaul sampai rata semua
4. Siap, tuang dalam pemanggang ajaib and burn baby burn. Dalam 20minit, kepanasan sederhana/kecil. 
Siap dan makan!

Resipi : Clam Chowder

Salam

Kids recipe alert. Woooot Ghazi love this, abah pun, saya juga. So here's the sharing for you guys. I have made few alteration to match our asian palate (or shall i say, the asian pasar? haha) mana-mana je la kan :) Got this from one of (too) many book recipes i got from BBW sale. Big (real) bad wolf book sales. *insert muka pengsan* The BBW book sales was a legend man. I'll make sure i save some ka-ching for this year tour to BBW. haha. ok enough lah. Resipi! Resipi!

Oh, the recipe basically sama dengan chicken cream soup i have had update last year

Bahan²
1.  Tepung Gandum 2 Sudu besar
2.  Lala - masa masak biarkan dengan kulit. Lepas masak masa served kalau rajin can peel 'em 
3.  Stok Ayam (Can replace with kiub ayam knorr)
4.  Celery - diced, potong kiub
5.  Bawang besar - Yellow or red. Dedua boleh. I prefer red.
6.  Sebiji kentang - diced, potong kiub
7.  Butter - 3 sudu besar

8.  Fresh Milk (or susu tepung tapi kena bancuh dulu dgn air panas n jgn berketul)
9.  Air mineral - 1/2 gelas
10. Fresh button white mushroom-sliced


Cara²:
1. Panaskan periuk, masukkan butter and tumis bawang besar+celery+mushroom
2. Dah harum, masukkan kentang (ada org masukkan lewat, saya suka kentang berasa onion)
3. Masukkan stok ayam/kiub ayam and lala and kacau
4. Lepas naik bau semua bahan di atas, baru masukkan susu+air mineral tadi.

5.  Kacau 
6. dah menggelegak baru masukkan tepung gandum (yang dah dibancuh terlebih dahulu and   
    takde langsung berbiji yer)
7.  Siap!

Makan dengan, of course garlic bread. Just ambil plain butter, kikir sikit garlic and gaul wit oregano+thyme+salt. Lepas tu sapu la kat roti. And burn baby burn! Dpt french bread lagi bagus ;)

Resipi : Ikan Bakar Sambal

Heyyyyy. Lama tak update. Lama sungguh tidak berkemaskini resipi-resipinya ini. Maafkan saya. Life being pretty hectic lately. Don't have time to even cook toward the ending of last year. In my defense, work just too much, time is not enough and i have been struggling to juggle between family and career. 

Tapi sekarang sudah kembali. I have long list of recipes to b update. So stay tuned. For now, 1st recipe for today is Ikan Merah Bakar Bakar Sambal. 

Simple resipi, buat banyak-banyak sambal dia dan you can stock it up and letak dalam peti. Nak bakar udang, ayam, sotong (i did with sotong as well) and others boleh anyime you want. Save time kan.

Ok. Here are :

Resipi

Sambal Ikan Bakar
Sehelai daun kunyit*
3 batang serai*
2 inci kunyit hidup*
2 inci halia*
3 biji bawang merah*
3 biji bawang putih*
RM1.00 udang keringu*
 (*dikisar/blend bersama)
Cili boh
Asam Jawa
Garam, gula, kicap

Caranya
Tumiskan bahan kisar sehingga garing dan wangi.
Masukkan pula cili boh (ikut suka banyak mana sebab ikut nak pedas sndri)  dan tumis sehingga terbit minyak.
Masukkan air asam jawa dan kacau rata.
Kemudian perasakan dengan garam, gula dan kicap secukup rasa.
Setelah mendidih, masukkan sedikit air dan tunggu sehingga masak.
Setelah masak bahagikan sambal dan stock some if you need to.

Thenm salutlah ikan yang dah siap dibersihkan dengan sambal anda. Boleh salut dengan daun kunyit atau daun pisang ikut mana suka. Or alumunium foil. Masa bakar letak minyak sikit. Mmmmm Sedapnya. Teringat plak haha. Anyway, boleh bakar dengan yang lain juga.
